Description of Capricious Circuitry Capricious Circuitry is a puzzle game where you swap blocks around in order to power all the light bulbs. Some of the levels in this game are quite difficult.How to play:On the main game screen, you’ll see a grid of tiles. One of the tiles is missing, however (the black area).
